Why is my evaluator not receiving the invitation to complete my evaluation?

Oftentimes the email is received, but may be located in the spam or junk mail folder of your email client. Check the spam folder of your email client. You can also try to search for email messages from "collect+".

For example, if you use gmail for your email client look for the "Spam" folder in your list of folders to check for the email invitation.
